Google has published a preliminary
construction of the next version of the mobile operating system, Android N.
Some of the Google promises this version are higher battery lasting, more
coordinated releases and work with two apps on the screen simultaneously.
Usually it was the developers conference
Google I / O which is held at the end of May it has brought preliminary
construction of each new version. This was done order to developers test their
applications to benefit from the advantages and novelty of the new offers every
major version.
Android chief, Hiroshi Lockheimer said:
"Earlier than ever and we have done more to collect user feedback. We want
to know more about you and dedicate your platform you.
Multiple windows
Perhaps the most significant change of this
version will be the use of certain applications on the screen simultaneously.
It is something that Samsung and other manufacturers have years that have
implemented only Android In this functionality will be integrated.
Applications can share the screen in half
as in horizontal as well as vertical. This functionality was first introduced
in Windows 8 in 2012 and brought iOS 9 last year.
battery life
Marshmallow Android 6.0 has made strides in terms of battery efficiency through functionality Doze.
Doze put Android phone or tablet into a state of low power consumption as long as the device was found on a flat space. This means that if the phone is not used, and stood on the table, the battery life would have high impact.
Android N promises to extend this functionality to apply even when the screen is off.
Notifications
Android N will bring the opportunity to
group reports a particular application. Some applications have to be set this
as is the case of Gmail.
Functionality of quick response return
available on Hangouts and Messenger applications will be a standard in Android
enabling users to respond to a message from the center of reports without
having to open the app.
The fastest android
Android N will bring a new Java environment
which puts in Android applications. It is faster and more efficient, which
means that applications quickly installed and updated. Even will reduce the
time spent on Android updates.
Svelte project in which Google has been
working for several months promises exactly reducing the size and
"weight" to the operating system performance.
