AMD's first processor architecture Zen openly defies Intel.

It is reported that the next generation of AMD processors Zen will perform better than the Intel Core i7-5960X, but apparently the year with 8 processor cores, Summit Ridge SR7, will cost $ 499.
AMD will debut 3 different products Ridge Summit, with SKU SR7 for performance enthusiasts, while middle SR7 Performance and SKU  SR3 startinglevel  to help other markets.
AMD will debut SKU-high performance of Zen in January 2017 at CES, while the SR5 and SR3 SKU will debut two months later, in March 2017.
"SR7 " generations will reportedly speed core / 3.2GHz and 3.5GHz turbo, respectively - while we have 8 CPU core, 16 thread in total. It has 16MB L3 cache together with 4MB L2 cache, while we have a 95W TDP.

The second family member SR7 has the same number of cores and TDP, but pick up speed in the 3.0GHz and 3.2GHz for the Core and Turbo, respectively.
Now considering the $ 499 price - AMD has a winner with this one, especially if the Zen can perform better than CPU $ 999 +  ,  from Intel.

Is a harassment that the beginner level SR3 SKU will provide 4-core, 8-thread, which will cost $ 149, offering the level of performance of a Core i7-6700 processor in the price of a Core i3
